Using this site

This website describes the staffing and placement services we provide. It is an information and enquiry site: there is nothing to buy here, no account to create, and no application fee of any kind. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to submit false information, to misrepresent your identity or eligibility to work, or to interfere with the site's operation.

SMS Communications

This section sets out the terms of the text message program operated by EASON FLAVOR LLC under the brand EasonFlavor. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide.

• Message types. Job opening alerts; application status updates; interview reminders and scheduling; new assignments and onboarding updates; and marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to opt out, or reply UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive no further messages.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (475) 215-0680.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to accept text messages in order to be considered for a role or to use any part of our service. The consent checkbox on our updates page is optional and is not checked by default.
• Keywords. Opt in with START or YES; opt out with STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE; reply HELP for help.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details of the program, including carrier information and the confirmation messages you will receive, are set out in our SMS Terms. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which states that we will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Placement services

We introduce candidates to employers. We are not the employer of record for roles we place unless we say so in writing. Pay, schedule and work location for any role are confirmed with you before an interview is booked, and the employment relationship is between you and the hiring employer.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and branding of this site belong to EASON FLAVOR LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in applying for roles. You may not republish or resell the content.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but roles open and close quickly and we cannot guarantee that every listing remains available. The site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EASON FLAVOR LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
