A placement desk, not a listings site
EasonFlavor is the trading name of EASON FLAVOR LLC, a staffing and placement company based in Columbus, Ohio.
Why we exist
Most job boards hand you volume. We hand you a shortlist. A recruiter speaks with the employer, confirms the pay range and the shift pattern, and only then does the role reach a candidate.
That matters most for the two groups we place. People who want to work from home need to know the role is genuinely remote — not remote until the first review. People taking on-site hospitality and retail shifts need to know the hours and the rate before they rearrange childcare.
So we publish the terms with the role, we keep one recruiter attached to each candidate, and we never make texting us a condition of being considered.
