• Mobile number and consent status — collected only if you enter a number on our updates page, together with whether you ticked the optional consent box.
• Application information — the roles you apply for, the communications you exchange with our recruiters, and any preferences you tell us about.
• Technical information — standard server logs recorded by our hosting provider when you load a page.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, government identification documents, passwords, or tax identification numbers through this website. Please do not send them to us through any form on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to consider you for roles you apply to.
• To match candidates with employers who are hiring.
• To send text messages you have opted in to receive.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in on our updates page, we use your mobile number to send recurring automated text messages including job opening alerts, application status updates, interview reminders and scheduling, new assignments and onboarding updates, and marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can submit the form without ticking the consent box, and you can apply for any role without receiving texts.

We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Your choices

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry and application records only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we restrict access to the people who need it to do their job.
